Job Summary
Sr. Planner responsible for creating schedules across Assembly & Test development, acting as a planning-lead within supply chain, and coordinating with shop planning and procurement. Key duties include developing schedules, mitigating schedule risk, performing trend analyses, releasing work orders with completion dates, assisting with basic forecasting, and delivering management reports. The role requires leading cross-functional problem-solving, participating in continuous improvement activities, and applying planning parameters to optimize program schedules. Preferred qualifications include experience with PowerBI and support for new product development and introduction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field, and 2 years planning experience OR Associate’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field, and 6 years planning experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong sense of urgency
