Job Summary
Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, integrating work scope across all entities while ensuring data integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate the creation of bespoke activity coding, resource libraries, and progress measurement processes to support accurate forecasting of labor, materials, and equipment. Perform productivity analysis, audit subcontractor schedules, and manage schedule change notices to implement corrective actions when performance trends deviate from baseline. Supervise and mentor project controls personnel, collaborate with cross-functional teams on 5D model integration, and prepare progress reports and dashboards for internal and external clients. Requires 7-10 years of heavy civil planning experience with expert proficiency in Primavera P6 and TILOS.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering (Preferably in Civil Engineering), or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years planning experience in heavy civil major projects
- Proven experience and ability in planning, scheduling and managing complex projects
- Proven problem solver with sound judgment who accepts ownership and accountability
- Expert level knowledge of project Planning and Scheduling software which may include Primavera P6 and TILOS
- Availability to work fully in-person 5 days per week
Desired Qualifications
- SAP, Hard Dollar, PowerBI, and Synchro knowledge will be an asset
