Job Summary
Manage new business and renewal timelines for small/mid market commercial accounts, conducting exposure and financial analysis to prepare quote specifications and present comprehensive proposals. Develop high-level placement strategies by leveraging market intelligence and carrier relationships to determine optimal risk transfer solutions, including large deductible programs and captive structures. Perform coverage gap analysis, build insurance towers for higher limits, and exercise independent judgment in negotiating complex terms with carriers and wholesalers. Mentor Placement Specialists, lead year-end portfolio reviews, and collaborate with Client Advisors on marketing strategy and placement outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant insurance experience
