Job Summary
Senior Philanthropy Advisor manages a portfolio of major gift prospects and donors, conducts 12-15 donor visits per month (in-person or virtual), secures gifts from $10,000 to six figures, develops engagement strategies to deepen donor commitment, partners with senior leadership and volunteers on donor strategy, prepares proposals and stewardship reports, and maintains accurate donor records in the CRM. The role supports PPTNM’s mission in reproductive health, education, advocacy, and access, coordinating fundraising efforts with programs and campaigns while delivering an outstanding donor experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of frontline fundraising experience
- Demonstrated success securing gifts of $10,000 or greater
- Proven experience managing a donor portfolio and successfully moving prospects through the donor lifecycle
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and donor engagement skills
- Experience working with donor databases and CRM systems
- Ability to travel throughout Tennessee and North Mississippi as needed
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support donor engagement and organizational events
