Job Summary
Sr. Pharmaceutical Info Specialist responsible for promoting company products within the assigned region, establishing and maintaining productive relationships with medical institutions, achieving specified product targets, market share and growth, and implementing company promotional strategies. Duties include planning visit schedules for medical institutions, delivering medical information and product benefits, maintaining high-quality professional visits, uncovering market potential, executing market development plans, organizing academically-focused product promotions, managing regional targets and data, coordinating timely communications about services, products, pricing, and supply with medical staff, tracking inventory and consumption to prevent shortages, collaborating with Marketing and Sales to support tender and reimbursement processes, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge while adhering to SOPs and financial procedures. Required skills include product and market knowledge, promotional techniques, regional management, customer-centricity, problem-solving, integrity, and teamwork. Required Qualifications
- Education: College diploma or above;Bachelor’s preferred in medicine, pharmacy or related field; 2-3 years hospital pharmaceutical representative experience; multinational pharmaceutical company experience preferred
