Sr Personal Loans Analyst

Job Summary
Support execution of initiatives across core Personal Loans programs, including TopUp, Refi, and Pre-Approved/Prescreen, while developing new offer features and program enhancements. Partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Finance to keep delivery on track, analyzing performance data to surface trends and identify opportunities to improve conversion and engagement. Build and maintain dashboards and reports that make performance easy to monitor, utilizing AI tools to speed up analysis and surface insights. Design analyses for test-and-learn experimentation, track results, and translate findings into next steps to help the team move faster and smarter on what's working. This role drives performance across Happen Bank's Personal Loans business, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable decisions for core offer programs and emerging growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, consulting, or a related analytical role
- bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
- You've been using AI tools long enough to have real opinions about them, and you bring good judgment about what to trust, what to verify, and when they add value to your work
- You collaborate well across teams and adjust your approach based on feedback and context
- Clear, concise communicator who can present data and insights in a way that drives decisions
- Curious and motivated to learn the unsecured lending ecosystem
- Bias toward action, with a strong focus on accuracy and follow-through
- In-person attendance is essential for this role's success, and remote placement will not be considered
- Local hours (PT)
- As needed travel to Happen Bank offices and/or other locations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools
- Prior exposure to lending, credit, or offer/pricing strategy
