Job Summary
Execute client account servicing activities including processing wires, opening/closing accounts, and maintaining accurate records. Handle paying and receiving activities, daily balancing, and safe deposit box maintenance while adhering to strict banking guidelines and compliance procedures. Provide maintenance and holistic advice on assigned relationships by cross-selling services and resolving client inquiries via in-person, telephone, and email interactions. Mentor fellow bankers and share expertise in deposit areas as designated by management. Monitor banking reports and assist with audits. Requires 3-5 years of related banking experience and knowledge of federal regulations.

- Knowledge of banking operations, products and services
- Knowledge of federal regulations and banking guidelines
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to think critically and to work well independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Desired Qualifications
