Job Summary
Senior-level role owning end-to-end paid search strategy for a high-volume, transactional B2B SaaS engine. Own multi-million-dollar annual spend across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with cadence toward signup volume, CAC, and paid-conversion targets. Build and optimize campaign structure, keyword strategy, bidding, and negative keywords; ship continuous ad copy and landing-page tests; develop a measurement framework tying spend to free signups, activation, and paid conversions; explore new paid-search channels and AI-search surfaces; manage relationships with platforms and agencies; forecast spend and contribute to QBRs; stay current on auction dynamics and AI-driven changes. Bachelor’s degree required; 6+ years of paid search in a B2B SaaS context; 3+ years owning paid search for freemium/PLG models; GA4/BI tooling proficiency; strong communication and analytical skills.

- Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications preferred
