Job Summary
Senior-level role focused on driving performance excellence at the plant level: manage and maintain technical documentation (manuals, SOPs, checklists, forms, process diagrams), develop and implement process-control strategies, identify and execute loss-elimination opportunities, coach cross-functional teams in continuous improvement and centerline execution, support FSQA activities, and administer the plant training system using the Alchemy system. Complements knowledge of operations areas (Production, Finance, Quality, Planning), collaborates with SMEs to document processes, validate documents, and lead root-cause problem solving and change-management activities; requires Lean/Six Sigma and supervisory experience, plus strong communication and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications

- Knowledge of operations, processes and machinery
