Job Summary
As a Senior Performance Engineer at e-STORAGE, you will diagnose performance challenges and troubleshoot complex issues related to advanced battery energy storage systems. Your role involves prioritizing performance issues, validating software and firmware updates, and collaborating with internal and external teams to implement solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-focused problem solving, data analytics for troubleshooting, and knowledge of BESS systems and SCADA protocols. Effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail are essential.

- Ability to travel up to 20% of time, travel may be on short notice

Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in customer-focused problem solving
- Experience troubleshooting using data analytics
- Experience in commissioning, performance testing, maintenance, and/or design of BESS or other power generating facilities
- Knowledge and experience with SCADA protocols (i.e. DNP3 and Modbus)
- Familiarity with industrial communication networks (fiber optics, network switches, TCP/IP, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to execute projects and tasks in parallel, self-directed, highly detail-oriented, organized and flexible
