Job Summary
Senior HR Operations leader responsible for end-to-end HR operations, onboarding/offboarding, contract renewals, probation and renewals management, personnel documentation, payroll data integrity, and benefits administration. Leads employee relations, policy guidance, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor laws and handling confidential information for a 350+ workforce. Oversees medical insurance programs, claims processing, and escalated case support, with a focus on timely, accurate HR service delivery in a high-growth environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4–6 years of progressive experience in HR Operations and Personnel Management
- Deep knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance workflows, and local compliance standards
- Hands-on experience managing corporate medical insurance contracts and employee claims pipelines
