Job Summary
Sr. People Business Partner role focused on shaping talent strategy and employee experience at Observe.AI. Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business, Analytics, Communications, Social or Hard Sciences
- MA/MS in Business, IO Psychology, Social or Hard Sciences preferred
- 5-7 Years Technical Client Group Support
- 2+ Years Experience Large Enterprise
- 2+ Years Experience Start-Up (Series B, C, D)
