Job Summary
Design, develop, evaluate, and modify printed circuit boards for power supplies of varying wattages using PADS software. Create and maintain PCB and schematic symbol libraries adhering to Design for Manufacturing standards, while generating GERBER files and PCB specifications for fabrication. Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical, mechanical, test, safety, and manufacturing teams to ensure designs meet production requirements. Focus on high-power applications including telecom, server, and OBC systems, optimizing layouts for assembly efficiency and cost-effectiveness while addressing EMI, manufacturability, and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- College (or above) in power electronics or electrical, automation
- 4 years design experience in PCB Layout design for high power supply (Telecom, Server, OBC ...)
- Experienced in PCB layout using PADS software
- Well experience in PCB assembly for more optimize and cost effective design
- Knowledge in critical layout issues, EMI performance, manufacturability considerations and Safety standards
