Job Summary
Process multi-state biweekly payroll with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Serve as the key point of contact for payroll inquiries while leading core processes including F-1 Visa employment compliance, SSN verification, and referral program payments. Exercise autonomy to resolve non-routine problems through analysis and develop solutions for operational challenges. Maintain proficiency in UKG systems and advanced Excel skills to support high-volume payroll operations across 150 locations. Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR, Accounting, or Business
- 7 years of payroll experience in a high-volume, multi-state environment
- Advanced knowledge of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and hospitality wage requirements
- Proficiency in payroll systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Recognized specialist with broad knowledge of operational systems and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ability to resolve unclear issues through analysis
