Sr. Partner Support Engineer

Job Summary
Serve as a subject matter expert on the Pinterest API and partner integrations, leading the definition, development, and broad-scale adoption of Integration products with key strategic partners. Own technical relationships with Tier 1 partners and Enterprise Advertisers, providing bespoke support and driving complex technical projects end-to-end. Lead complex engineering initiatives including new API launches, large-scale integration builds, and high-impact bug fixes while partnering with Engineering on design and delivery. Develop and maintain performance and quality monitoring systems to ensure partner integrations are highly available. Provide proactive and reactive technical support through dedicated channels, manage on-call rotation schedules for business solutions, and lead AI-driven solutions to automate support and ops. Define team tools, processes, and documentation frameworks while mentoring junior members on technical and partner-facing work.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Support/Solution/Partner Engineering experience or integration experience
- Experience leading technical partner/client calls
- Experience integrating external APIs at scale using SDK's or writing custom client code
- Ability to read and write complex scripts for data manipulation
- Must be familiar with a programming language such as Python or a shell scripting language
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per month
