Job Summary
Lead bid management strategies for PPC campaigns (ranging from $10k - $500k monthly spend) primarily on Google, with activity through Facebook, Bing, Yahoo, Programmatic, and Amazon; serve as the daily client-facing contact and collaborate with designers, developers, and cross-functional teams to create and optimize campaigns; focus on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Pinterest, and Microsoft Advertising; analyze metrics to improve ROI, CPA, CPC, CTR, and ROAS; manage keyword creation, ad copy testing, landing page testing, display banners, and network placements; require 5+ years in managing ad campaigns, 3+ years Google Ads and Facebook Ads experience, and Google/Facebook Ads certifications; in-house full-time role based in Boise, Idaho; undergraduate degree in business/marketing or equivalent experience; strong communication and analytical skills; salary and benefits include health/dental/vision, 401k match, vacation, and team events.
