Job Summary
Senior Packaging Engineer to lead projects across the engineering function, manage the full project lifecycle from inquiry to implementation, and drive successful packaging solutions. Responsibilities include technical and analytical modeling, coaching and empowering direct reports, liaising with internal teams and external partners, ensuring safety standards and quality procedures, interfacing with suppliers and customers (travel 10-15%), and contributing to product launches with a collaborative, customer-focused approach. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (chemistry, packaging engineering, etc.)
- 5-7 years of experience in both manufacturing and customer-facing roles
- Experience with cost analysis and project ROI assessments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project)
- Pressure-sensitive label industry knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
