Job Summary
Senior Outside Sales/ MSR drives long-term growth for Haynes Mechanical Systems by mentoring new outside sales reps, leading trainings, and applying strategic sales methodologies (Gap Selling) to build a qualified pipeline. Responsibilities include prospecting, setting appointments, handling objections, researching client needs, developing a strategic pipeline of qualified leads through cold calls, referrals, and networking, managing proposals and backlogs, and delivering effective presentations to close service-contract sales. The role emphasizes sales excellence, operations knowledge, financial acumen, and collaborative leadership to grow and retain associates and customers. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years Business-to-Business outside sales experience selling service contracts or agreements
- Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
