Job Summary
Lead and manage front-line sales teams; identify and generate sales opportunities; drive sales of products, systems and services; foster client satisfaction and develop customer relationships; coordinate and/or attend trade shows, seminars, and other events; provide education of Resideo products through technical presentations; manage CRM reports and opportunity status; analyze competitive intelligence and market trends; work with SIOP to strategically align sellers and customer accounts; drive business growth by organizing large-scale client and customer events; deliver value by leading strategic activities; build knowledge of Resideo products in a team-based culture focused on innovation and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with extensive experience, or advanced professional certification with significant experience in the field
- Significant (Management / Supervisory) experience
