Job Summary
Sr. Outage Cycle Manager oversees the planning and scheduling of refueling and forced outages for the nuclear plant, coordinating across work, support and engineering teams to ensure safe, timely and cost-effective outage execution. The role emphasizes managing outage milestones, developing integrated outage schedules that prioritize safety (radiological, nuclear, personnel) and equipment reliability, and applying lean, continuous-improvement practices to drive top-decile outage performance and benchmarking against peer plants. Success is measured by safe and reliable plant operation, minimal unplanned safety incidents, high-quality outage execution, and achieving top-decile generation performance as tracked by INPO. Requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 8 years in nuclear plant maintenance/operations/work management, and an SRO license or certification; project management/scheduling experience is highly desired.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 8 years experience in Nuclear Power Plant Maintenance, Operations or Work Management
- SRO License or Certification required
