Job Summary
Proactively lead discussions with stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope, budget, timelines, and success criteria for Oracle Cloud HCM and SCM implementations. Manage assigned projects to completion within scope, schedule, and budget, utilizing common repositories to track tasks, risks, and mitigation plans. Organize kickoff meetings and checkpoint status updates while clearly communicating expectations to distributed teams and resolving resource conflicts. Lead and coach project members, manage escalations, and drive technology integrations or data conversions within large enterprise environments. This fully remote, long-term contract role requires strong financial knowledge and experience leading complex initiatives across multiple functional areas.
Required Qualifications
- Must have strong Financial knowledge and experience
- Must have Oracle Cloud Financial implementation experience OR Oracle Cloud experience plus experience with other Financial Systems within IT
- Experience working with cross-functional teams while handling multiple projects simultaneously as needed
- Experience leading and managing large, complex projects with distributed teams
- Experience with technology mergers, integrations, or data conversions
- Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
- Proven leadership skills and experience
- Demonstrated ability to persuade, encourage and motivate team members
- Proven success working with aggressive schedules and ambiguous requirements
- Self-motivated and results oriented
- Able to manage multiple competing priorities and tasks effectively
- Able to work effectively with hard deadlines
- Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying project management methodology to successfully deliver projects on time, within budget, and within scope
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
