Sr. Ops Associate

Lead on-site execution of New Store Openings by coordinating day-to-day setup, training, product preparation, and equipment readiness under the direction of the Franchise Business Consultant. Serve as the primary execution lead while ensuring checklists, timelines, and operational tasks are completed according to company standards. Coach franchisees and store employees on basic operating procedures, brand standards, and customer service flow, then monitor execution quality and provide immediate feedback. Support store readiness across all operational areas, including back-of-house, front-of-house, and product display, while identifying operational gaps and escalating key decisions when necessary. Conduct store visits to review existing locations for brand compliance, identify improvement opportunities, and support corrective action execution. Report store performance, operational concerns, and follow-up progress to management. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally for up to 75% of the time required.
