Job Summary
Senior Operations Specialist for Collections provides advanced clerical and administrative support to departmental Managers, coordinates daily operations, troubleshoots and resolves issues, communicates with supervisors and customers, maintains office and KRONOS for daily updates, uses Microsoft Suite and additional tools for procurement, time and attendance, safety incidents, contract labor, and payments, assists with operational projects and scheduling, and supports employees and drivers/helpers with assignments.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located
