Sr. Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Sr. Operations Specialist responsible for reconciling shipment information between terminal and internal systems to generate an accurate Load List and submit it before vessel cutoff, performing vessel cleanup after sailing, and handling other vessel-related terminal operation needs. Will monitor E-bill tracing and rail billing, resolve issues via email/chat/phone, monitor exports and customs holds, and provide backup support to the OPS Manager in coordination with NAG teams for timely emergency handling. Preferred skills include containerized shipping experience (2-3 years), MS Power Automation, and OOCL Enterprise System knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Troubleshoots problems regularly using analytical skills
- Background check required
- All employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check
Desired Qualifications
- 2-3 years Containerized Shipping industry experience is preferred
- MS Power Automation knowledge
- OOCL Enterprise System application knowledge
