Sr Operations Specialist – Microsoft Copilot Studio & Data Operations

Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain Microsoft Copilot Studio agents while extracting, analyzing, and validating data from multiple business systems. Develop operational reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to generate insights for decision-making, ensuring data accuracy through cleansing and reconciliation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance, Sales Operations, and Delivery to automate repetitive tasks, standardize processes, and identify operational bottlenecks. Present findings to leadership and US-based stakeholders during overlapping business hours to drive alignment and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Data Analytics, Sales Operations, or related fields
- Experience managing 1-5 employees supporting operational activities
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including creating and managing Copilot agents
- Experience developing operational metrics, KPIs, and business reporting
- Experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) and/or Salesforce
- Strong data analysis, data manipulation, and reporting skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management techniques
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps
- Understanding of AI-driven business process automation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI for dashboard development and business intelligence reporting
- Exposure to Tableau for data visualization and analytics
- Experience working with global teams, including US-based stakeholders
