Process standard transactions, reconcile accounts, and resolve research requests to support wealth management operations. Respond to client inquiries across multiple channels and handle inbound calls, mail sorting, and distribution. Perform basic research, follow-ups, and escalate risk concerns or complex issues to the team lead. Operate with independence while ensuring quality service for internal partners and external clients. This 1st shift role requires a high school diploma and involves onsite work in Roseville, CA, with an hourly pay range of $26.00 to $44.00.
