Job Summary
Operations Manager role responsible for planning, organizing, and leading field operations with a focus on safety, quality, and financial health. Oversees risk management, service quality, personnel, and business development, and collaborates with sales to pursue opportunities. Manages budgets and P&L, ensures adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies, and drives continuous improvement. Requires Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science (or equivalent), 7+ years in operations, 2+ years P&L experience, GAAP knowledge, and strong leadership; travel up to 10–25% is anticipated.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Scientific discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant work experience in operations
- 2+ years P&L experience
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including GAAP
- Comprehensive understanding of Product Line and technical job planning requirements
- Good understanding of Engineering, Service Quality and Sales
- Fluent in English
