Job Summary
The Sr. Operations Manager is responsible for strategic planning and management of daily operations including overseeing trucking, international services, and client services. Core responsibilities include cost control, budgeting, revenue generation, employee management, safety compliance, and effective communication with upper management. The role requires strong abilities in establishing positive working relationships, organizational skills, multitasking, and knowledge of federal and state transportation regulations. A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or Business is required along with 10-15 years of relevant management experience.
