Job Summary
Sr. Operations Agent responsible for routing domestic and Canadian shipments, negotiating rates with motor carriers/freight forwarders/express couriers, providing brokerage support and import documentation, conducting freight bill auditing and quotes, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining strong internal/external relationships. Requires 3+ years in freight or logistics roles; high school diploma or GED required with Bachelor's degree preferred; strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' industry experience
- 2+ years' experience in Motor Carriers and Freight Forwarders
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree preferred
