Job Summary
Senior Occupational Therapist in GW Hospital's Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU). Responsibilities include conducting detailed assessments of adult patients' neurological, musculoskeletal, sensory, cognitive, and functional needs; creating and implementing individualized therapy plans; collaborating with nurses, physicians, rehab staff, social workers, and other healthcare professionals; providing education to patients and caregivers; mentoring staff therapists; facilitating staff development and contributing to performance reviews; and performing shared administrative tasks such as scheduling and documentation auditing. Position is 40 hours per week (five 8-hour weekday shifts) with one required weekend shift per month. Relocation bonus available.
