Job Summary
Sr. Occupancy Planning Lead responsible for all space across the client portfolio, overseeing space management, occupancy planning, moves, FF&E and data management; leads a team of Occupancy Planners to translate business requirements into effective real estate solutions aligned with client workplace models and strategy; defines goals, develops strategic plans, monitors workplace trends, and delivers SPO with SLA/KPI compliance; collaborates with facilities, PjM and leadership to align staffing, projects, and client relationships; develops planning proposals, site assessments, and playbooks/tools, and directs relocations, restacks, renovations and consolidations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related discipline or field of study
- Seven + years experience in a corporate real estate environment
- Strong verbal presentation skills, ability to communicate to executive level
- Analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on the long term, strategic vision
- Strong teamwork and adaptability with change management
- Advanced skills in Adobe and Microsoft application suites
- Advanced understanding of CAFM/IWMS (Serraview preferred)
