Job Summary
Senior Nursing Supervisor for Occupational Health in Houston, TX: leads the occupational health programs at the facility, oversees injury and illness prevention and early intervention, manages workers’ compensation processes, ensures OSHA/state/legal reporting and recordkeeping compliance, participates in facility management meetings, develops and delivers health education programs for Team Members, and maintains confidentiality. Travel 1-2 domestic trips/year. Requires RN license; Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2 years of management experience and knowledge of occupational health nursing preferred. Strong verbal/written communication and independent problem-solving skills; ability to work with electronic medical documentation systems.
