Job Summary
Senior Field Application Engineer for GE Vernova Nuclear Controls in North America. Provides pre-sales technical and product solution consultation for Nuclear Industry, owns pipeline development, and serves as the commercial focal point for NAM in Nuclear. Develops deep understanding of GE Mark system platform and service offerings; tailors solutions to customers’ goals and control system risks; supports Sales with technical solutions, presentations, and demos, including site surveys. Leads proposal strategy and ensures accurate opportunity tracking in Sales Force; travel more than 30%; requires strong communication and leadership skills, with 15+ years in nuclear industry and knowledge of CGD, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, NQA-1, and multi-element control strategies. Remote in the United States; relocation assistance not provided. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the nuclear power industry
- Minimum of 15 years of experience working with steam turbine, generator, and controls technologies
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in one or more of: sales, project management, engineering, or field services
