Sr. Night CrewTeam Leader

Senior Night Crew Team Leader responsible for overseeing overnight department operations, coaching and developing Team Members, ensuring guest service excellence, and achieving department goals. Key duties include interviewing, selecting and training Team Members, directing work, evaluating productivity for promotions, handling complaints, maintaining safety and security, managing department budget and inventory, promoting adherence to policies, coordinating with merchandising for promotions, and driving team performance with a focus on respect, inclusion, diversity, and dignity. Requires 3-5 years of management experience, retail/grocery background, ability to read P&L statements, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Overnight leadership in Market District operations with emphasis on budgeting, staffing, and process improvement.
