Sr. Night Crew Team Leader (Greater Columbus Area)

Direct, oversee, and evaluate training for department Team Members to reduce turnover and control labor costs. Plan and distribute work assignments, appraise productivity for promotion recommendations, and handle member issues including complaints and discipline. Manage the department budget and inventory while monitoring compliance measures and implementing safety protocols for staff, guests, and products. Set aggressive sales and profit goals, communicate with merchandising teams on promotions, and coach individuals on development.
