Job Summary
Sr. Network Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise WAN/LAN/WLAN networks in a large global infrastructure. Leads and supports high-impact network projects, defines site requirements, calculates cost estimates, maintains architecture documentation, troubleshoots complex routing/DNS issues, manages circuits and QoS, and provides guidance to service desk and external partners. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in STEM, strong English, expertise in Cisco/Aruba/Nexus/HP/CheckPoint/Fortinet SD-WAN, TCP/IP (BGP/EIGRP/OSPF) and DNS, data center networking exposure, ITIL knowledge, and certifications are a plus. Adventurous in engaging cross-functional teams and delivering reliable, scalable network solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields required
- Experience in Information Technology with focus on networking technologies (Cisco, Aruba, Nexus, HP, CheckPoint, ASA, Fortinet, SD-WAN, QoS)
- Proven experience with WAN, LAN, and WLAN design in enterprise environments
- Experience with data center networking technologies (Cisco, HPE Aruba, Arista)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and routing (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF) and DNS
- Experience troubleshooting routing and DNS issues and implementing remediation actions
- Knowledge of ITIL V3 or V4 (certification is a plus)
- Cisco or HP network certifications are a plus
- Previous experience in industrial environments is a plus
