Job Summary
Design, implement, and maintain highly available enterprise network infrastructure across corporate offices, data centers, and remote locations. Manage routing, switching, segmentation, and resiliency for LAN, WAN, and campus networks, while overseeing carrier installations, circuit upgrades, and site-to-site connectivity. Deploy secure infrastructure utilizing firewalls, VPNs, and segmentation, partnering with security teams to implement compliance and incident response activities. Support media production, content distribution, and video delivery services, collaborating with broadcast teams to ensure reliable transport of media workflows. Configure cloud networking components including VPCs, routing, and Direct Connect in AWS environments, and monitor network health through AI tools and observability platforms. Participate in an on-call rotation supporting a 24x7 production environment.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience designing and supporting enterprise network infrastructure in large corporate environments
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies, including routing, switching, and wireless solutions
- Extensive experience administering Palo Alto Networks firewalls and network security technologies
- Experience managing enterprise WAN connectivity, carrier services, and site-to-site networking
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs, QoS, multicast, DNS, DHCP, and network security principles
- Experience supporting highly available, mission-critical network environments
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Participate in an on-call rotation supporting a 24x7 production environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting media production, broadcast, streaming, or video delivery networks
- Experience with cloud networking in AWS, including hybrid connectivity and cloud-native networking services
- Experience with SD-WAN technologies
- Familiarity with network automation and Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Python
- Experience with enterprise network monitoring and observability platforms
- Relevant industry certifications such as Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Palo Alto PCNSE, or equivalent
