Job Summary
Design, construct, test, and implement integrated network, hardware, and software solutions for distributed computing and physical/logical communications networks. Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for service requests, move, add, and change requests, and execute detailed network implementations including topology and rack elevation diagrams. Offer technical consulting on high-level network designs, platform sizing, and infrastructure system design while applying industry knowledge to recommend integrated solutions. Manage network administration for development, deployment, and remediation of the enterprise environment, assessing system change impacts and providing status updates to leadership. Engineer solutions to expand capacity, improve response time, and streamline operations across internal and operational systems. Monitor mission-critical networks, manage security functions, and optimize application performance within an Agile scrum team supporting the Model Based Systems Engineering cloud platform.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly
- FS Poly
- Sec+ or better
- 10 years' relevant experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM field
- Experience engineering, implementing, and maintaining geographically dispersed unclassified and classified networks supporting 1,000 or more users
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining Software Defined Networking (Cisco technologies)
- Strong documentation skills
- Experience with router/switch/firewall configuration
- Security management of an environment that includes networking equipment from several different manufacturers

Desired Qualifications
- 15 year's experience engineering, implementing, and maintaining classified networks supporting 1,000 or more users
- Experience designing, implementing and maintaining Citrix virtual infrastructure
- Experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure
- CCNP Enterprise or higher
- CCIE and/or CISSP
- Implementing Cisco SD-WAN Solutions (300-415 ENSDWI) Exam
