Job Summary
This role requires a Senior National Sales Executive leading sales initiatives for cloud contact center solutions. Responsibilities include full-cycle ownership of sales from prospecting to closing, consultative problem-solving with business leaders, providing strategic insights into pricing and product direction, and demonstrating technical fluency in CCaaS and UCaaS offerings. Candidates should have over 5 years of successful B2B technology sales experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to independently manage sales processes and CRM.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B technology sales
- Proven history of hitting targets as an individual contributor
- Ability to discuss ROI, Agent Occupancy, and Cost-Per-Call metrics
- Exceptional self-direction and autonomy
- Deep understanding of cloud-hosted vs. on-premise hardware
Desired Qualifications
- B2B technology sales experience
- Salesforce or similar CRM proficiency
- Understanding of SIP Trunking and WebRTC
