Job Summary
Lead operational account management for National Accounts customers, serving as the primary post-sales contact and escalation point for performance, metrics, and issues. Manage delivery of installation projects and service ticket portfolios, collaborating with field organizations, contractors, and internal teams to meet SLAs and established targets. Facilitate customer requests related to monitoring, billing, and accounts receivable while developing communication rhythms and presenting at customer meetings. Review account data to identify trends, plan improvements, and manage resources for projects and contracts. Provide accurate forecasting and ensure quality assurance mechanisms are in place. May supervise dedicated support teams and align processes to optimize efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 10+ years experience in the alarm industry and project management (or equivalent)
- 4+ years of customer relationship management experience
- Advanced electronic security industry knowledge
- Construction experience preferred
- CSPM or PMP certification preferred
- Ability to travel as required
- Ability to read and interpret applicable documents, materials, policies, procedures, etc. as presented in English

- Intermediate MS Office and Project skills
- Maintain knowledge of industry and company operations
- Upgrade and/or enhance supervisory skills by participating in available classes, training, and seminars continuously
