Sr National Account Manager, CVS

Job Summary
Senior-level remote senior account role focusing on CVS within Conair’s Beauty & Home Care categories. Drive long-term strategic relationships, lead annual sales budgeting and forecasting, develop profitable retailer promotions, manage costs (coop/operations/chargebacks), coordinate item setup in retailer systems, communicate strategic initiatives to internal teams, leverage data (POS/IRI/Nielsen/shoppers insights) to identify growth opportunities, and travel domestically and internationally as needed. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 8+ years of proven sales experience, strong communication, broker-network management, data interpretation, and ability to navigate retail accounts with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Minimum of 8 years of proven sales experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience setting sales goals.
- Experience managing a broker network to help manage account base.
