Job Summary
Senior Municipal Engineer – Project Manager to lead municipal infrastructure projects from proposal through construction, manage lifecycle, oversee capital improvement projects for public sector clients, mentor junior engineers, support business development, and represent the firm in public meetings. Requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering and NJ PE; 6+ years of experience in municipal infrastructure/land development; proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D; GIS/Hydroflow a plus; strong communication; ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams; client-facing responsibilities and public presentations.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering; NJ PE required
- 6+ years of progressive experience managing municipal infrastructure or land development projects
- Site development experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D; GIS and Hydroflow experience a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to represent the firm effectively in public and client-facing settings
