Job Summary
Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) focused on migraine domain in China, covering Wuhan or Changsha. You will maximize Pfizer product value to Chinese patients and health care professionals through field-based medical activities, medical education, and medical-to-medical communications. Responsibilities include leading regional medical strategy, KOL mapping and engagement, organizing regional medical meetings, delivering cutting-edge medical information, providing timely medical responses to inquiries, collaborating with medical advisors and commercial teams, supporting investigator-initiated studies and non-interventional research, generating local medical insights to inform product strategy, and ensuring medical compliance and alignment with SOPs. You will also enable medical training for the sales team and participate in pre-launch activities, while maintaining compliant, patient-centric medical programs and robust clinician relationships across defined therapeutic area. Required Qualifications
- Must-have technical therapeutic area knowledge: background with the disease knowledge and clinical practice of migraine/related neurological conditions
- Language: Proficiency in oral and written English
- Software: Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong business acumen; cross-functional leadership; strong communication and influencing skills
- Education: Medical or Biopharmaceutical background; Master Degree or above; PhD or MD preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Medical/Biopharmaceutical field (MD/PhD preferred)
- Medical or biopharmaceutical related background
- Public health background for vaccine preferred
- fluency in English (oral and written) and strong communication skills
- 2+ years clinical practice or medical affairs experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies (nice to have)
- Strong business acumen and cross-functional leadership experience
- Experience in medical strategy, KOL engagement, and medical education programs
