Job Summary
Sr Mobile Expert plays a key role in delivering best-in-class customer service while leveraging retail expertise. Responsibilities include selling appropriate products at in-store locations, resolving customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools, completing ongoing training to act as SME in all things T-Mobile, leveraging digital tools in interactions, collaborating to foster a sales-and-service culture, and supporting training for Retail Sales Associates in event environments. The role requires high school diploma or GED, 12+ months of retail experience, strong customer service and sales skills, multitasking, organization, and a customer-focused mindset aligned with the Un-carrier values.
