Job Summary
Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs while resolving pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools. Completes ongoing training to maintain SME knowledge and consistently leverages digital tools during interactions and onboarding. Works collaboratively to build a culture of sales and service, acclimating local retail associates to the unique event environment. Requires 12+ months of retail experience, a High School Diploma, and eligibility to work in the US. Hourly base pay is $29.00 with an annualized incentive target of $7,200.

- Strong Customer Service skills: Passion, integrity, and energy necessary to create and dynamic work environment necessary to deliver a world class shopping experience
- Retail experience in high volume environment and ability to work in varied environments
- Strong organization, multi-tasking, versatility, communication, and attention to detail
- Acclimate local Retail Sales Associates and Partner Sales Associates to unique event environment
- Consistent accuracy with basic math and proficient use of a calculator
- Pass certification and quarterly re-certification process
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
