Job Summary
Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs while resolving pain points in a single interaction using in-store systems and digital tools. Completes ongoing training to maintain expertise as a subject matter expert in all T-Mobile matters and consistently leverages digital tools during customer onboarding. Works collaboratively with peers in Customer Service and Engineering to build a culture of sales and service within the Experience store environment.
