Sr Mobile Expert - Part Time

Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs while resolving customer pain points in one interaction utilizing in-store systems and digital tools. Completes ongoing training to maintain current knowledge and act as a subject matter expert in all things T-Mobile, consistently leveraging digital tools during interactions and onboarding. Works collaboratively to build and contribute to a culture of sales and service within the Experience store team. Requires a high school diploma, 12+ months of retail experience, and strong communication and critical thinking skills. Hourly base pay is $30.00 with an annualized incentive target of $7,200. Part-time status applies.
