Job Summary
Sr Mobile Expert provides best-in-class customer service in a T-Mobile Experience store while applying retail expertise to solve customer needs from research to resolution. Responsibilities include selling products and services based on customer needs, resolving pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools, completing ongoing training to act as SME in all things T-Mobile, leveraging digital tools in customer interactions, and collaborating to foster a culture of sales and service. The role emphasizes product knowledge, customer service, troubleshooting, communication, critical thinking, multitasking, teamwork, and a proactive approach to learning, with opportunities for development and incentives. Education required is a High School Diploma or GED; prior retail experience (12+ months) is preferred.
