Job Summary
Sr Mobile Expert at a T-Mobile Experience store delivers best-in-class customer service while applying retail expertise to sell products and services. Responsibilities include selling features based on customer needs, resolving pain points in a single interaction using in-store and digital tools, completing ongoing training to act as SME across T-Mobile offerings, and collaborating to foster a sales-and-service culture. Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel is not required. This role is a PART_TIME position based in Eugene, Oregon.
