Sr Mobile Expert- Full Time

Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs and resolves pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools. Completes ongoing training to maintain expertise as a subject matter expert in all T-Mobile areas. Consistently leverages digital tools during interactions and onboarding while collaborating to build a culture of sales and service. Requires high school diploma, 12+ months of retail experience, and strong communication and multitasking skills. Hourly base pay is $32.00 with a target annual incentive of $7,200, guaranteeing $20/hour inclusive of base and incentives.
